If you wish to fill the enrolment form in online first of all down load and save. Open the form from where you have saved it and choose “fill and sign” at the right hand side of the screen. Once you have completed the form email it to info@spanhouse.org
There is no need to fill in the ACFE pages unless you are claiming the ACFE fee. Please call Span on 9480 1364 to see if you are eligible.
