The fantastic reporting of cases of COVID-19 in Melbourne and the further easing of restrictions has been welcome news to all of us.

Further, Council services and facilities are reopening and they’re looking forward to being able to take part in events, sport and support more of our local businesses as they reopen. However, we all must continue to be careful and safe. It’s also still a very difficult time for many who are struggling as a result of the impacts of COVID-19.

If you need help, support is available. Call 8470 8888 and ask for the Community Navigation Service.

There is still a way to go until Darebin’s pools, halls and outdoor facilities can reopen to the public at full capacity.

Council staff are putting protective COVID-measures in place so you can feel safe to resume doing the things you love! Changes to the rules accessing Darebin services remain subject to the latest State Government health information.
