Pilates held online on Tuesdays 9.30am to 10.30am, commencing in term 4 on 8th October. Danielle’s classes offer a low impact exercise, designed to improve overall core strength and flexibility. Pilates is a system based in deep breathing that stretches and strengthens the muscles without stressing joint and ligaments. Special techniques will be used to help restore the natural curve of the spine. Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
