Span is offering “Mindful Movement” classes on Monday evenings between 6.00pm – 7.00pm
The class is an holistic wellness practice that incorporates elements of mindfulness yoga, Qigong, Pilates, functional training and mobility exercises.
Practicing Mindful Movement helps to cultivate greater awareness of the mind, deepens connection to the breath and is a pragmatic way to embody ancient spiritual wisdom and philosophy.
