Span is resourced to fund NDIS clients with mild disabilities. Span is not a NDIS provider but provides activities under NDIS plans.

Mindful Movement is an holistic wellness practice that incorporates elements of mindfulness, yoga, Qigong, Pilates, functional training and mobility exercises. Practicing Mindful Movement helps to cultivate greater awareness of the mind, deepens connection to the breath and is a pragmatic way to embody ancient spiritual wisdom and philosophy.
