Microbusiness skills: sewing commences on Thursday 11th February and will run for 8 weeks until 1st April. The course will be held at East Preston Community Centre. This course offers subsidised ACFE fees as well as concession and full fees.
In this course you will develop skills in sewing. Students will learn to thread a sewing machine, plan sewing projects, cut and sew basic projects. Students will complete a number of small wardrobe and project items as they learn the skills of sewing.
No previous sewing experience is necessary. Students are encouraged to bring their own sewing machine or they may use one of the Centre’s machines.
