Fermentation workshop @ Span. Celebrate spring and learn a new skill. Span invites you to join us for a fermenting and pickling masterclass brought to you in partnership with The Fermentary. Join Sharon Flynn, considered one of Australia’s foremost experts on fermentation for this ‘learn-at-home’ series of on-line hands on group sessions.
$15 per person, three consecutive Fridays 4.00pm-5.00pm; 23rd October, brine vegetables; 30th October, pickle sauerkraut; 6th November, ginger beer and soda. As the workshops will be run online and you’ll work hands on with Sharon, you will have to purchase jars and ingredients. A list of what’s required will be sent to you after registration.
